Regulation and development of financial centres

Résumé

Regulatory institutions have to protect investors and at the same time, maintain the competitivity of financial centers. They must control the security of intermediaries, the quality of the products, and the level of performance of technology. Cooperation and harmonization between international financial centers are some objectives that the main centers are trying to achieve.
